What you'll do: - Collaborate with teams to assess building performance and controls, aligning work with customer needs and business priorities.
- Conduct diagnostics and implement programming solutions to optimize building controls systems, ensuring safety and cost efficiency.
- Manage special programming projects, adapting control strategies to support sustainability and energy reduction initiatives.
- Monitor trends, alarms, and recalls to maintain system reliability and effectiveness.
- Communicate progress and provide expert guidance to colleagues, fostering continuous improvement and adaptation to change.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to deliver business solutions and meet organizational goals.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience with building controls and HVAC systems, including programming and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in operating and optimizing Building Management Systems to enhance building performance.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, managers, and business partners.
- Ability to analyze data and apply diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve system issues proactively.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and their integration with building controls.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in work processes.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and new challenges within a dynamic work environment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
