Job Summary
Responsible for leading projects while integrating knowledge of business and functional priorities for the functional systems and technology platform (i.e., Human Resources, Finance, Legal, etc.). Ensures the planning and execution of all activities for the platform are directly aligned with allocated budget and business commitments. Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for business partners as well as team members for the platform. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May provide mentoring and guidance to more junior team members. May be responsible for leading a team, but does not directly manage people.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Provides expertise in at least one functional area of technology and provides recommendations for new applications or application enhancements.
- Manages entire life cycle of most assigned projects.
- Writes application codes, develops user interfaces, develops unit test cases and harnesses; creates design, interface, system and user documentation; tests software and interfaces, supports end to end and performance testing and performs other tasks needed to complete projects.
- Assists in testing and troubleshooting hardware and applications to ensure integration with product deployments.
- Works with Business Partners when developing technical requirements and design.
- Develops deployment software and application administration software as well as creates deployment and application support documentation.
- Works within project specifications to meet goals and objectives in a timely and accurate manner; raises issues expediently that could impede the project specifications or timelines.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Primary Skills:
- Requires advanced knowledge of Database Technologies (Oracle/SQL Server), familiarity with various programming languages and Integrated Development Environment (C#, ASP.NET MVC 5, Visual Studio, etc.)
- Leads functional and technical troubleshooting for existing macros across multiple frameworks and in support of future state functionality, including creating and updating technical and customer-facing documentation and M&P’s
- Working knowledge of emulator software (3270, Rhumba, Reflections, etc.) and related CSG transactions used in Macros with the ability to evaluate new and changing functionality as it is introduced.
- Possess advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of GUI Macros (Macro Express, Auto Hot Key, Automation Anywhere, ACSR)
- Complies with National standards and business processes.
- Must understand PII and CPNI data classifications and compliance requirements.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Tasks: Provides support to team members, leadership and IS end users to identify root causes of issues and offers solutions.
- Provide leadership reporting, as needed.
- Contributes in the learning sessions meant to cross-train and educate analysts Provide reports and monthly Key Performance Indicator detailing IS team quality performance.
- Support and test biller and edge system software enhancements Responsible for automation within CSG that may directly impact care, tech ops, finance, revenue, taxes, engineering and customer experience.
- Provides timely and efficient feedback regarding processes Leading the development of macro technology, tools, and platforms as well as recommend enhancements.
Additional Qualifications:
- Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, late nights, and weekends to manage CSG releases, large project launches, macro automation kick off, and to achieve deadlines.
- On call support on a rotating schedule.
- Expected to travel as needed (generally 1-2 times annually)
