Management of the Spare Part Sales and Sales Key Account Management team across EMEA.
Full accountability of the Spare Parts Order Intake budget
Responsible for forecasting and budget planning in close coordination with business controller, market leaders and local order management teams
Establishing, monitoring, and ensuring customer satisfaction at EMEA level for the Spare Parts division.
Responsible for increasing the spare parts business / developing new sales strategies, sales promotion measures.
Identify sales measures and global sales initiatives
Implementation of a continuous improvement process to increase order intake the spare parts business
Partnering with Order Management teams to meet customers need
Several years of experience in a comparable position
Good strategic planning skills to build and expand a P&L organization.
Strong communication skills (telephone + personal)
Several years of experience in pro-active sales
Very good analytical skills
Fluent in English, other EU languages will be a plus point
You are proficient in using the leading MS Office tools (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Teams etc.)
You have a high sense of responsibility.
You have a talent for organization and work independently, in a goal-oriented, sustainable, and structured manner.
