We are seeking a talented and innovative Marketing Coordinator to join our Corporate Marketing + Communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing tasks that promote MJ’s products and services and increase brand awareness.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role on our team, aiding with campaign development, presentation design, sales, marketing and internal communication support. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of daily departmental activities and initiatives, contributing to departmental and organizational goals.
  • Create visually stunning presentations and collateral materials for sales and marketing support.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing campaign content and assets: graphics, blog posts, marketing events, etc.
  • Maintain sales and marketing collateral, ensuring all are current and accurate, and create new materials as necessary.

 

  • Supports the functional execution of internal communications strategy and change management to enhance the employee experience and drive understanding of enterprise business strategy.
  • Create and distribute engaging content across various internal communication channels, including email newsletters, intranet, digital signage, and company events.
  • Support the planning and execution of company-wide events and meetings, including logistics coordination and development of communication materials to ensure meeting objectives are achieved.
  • Develop content that is high-quality and accurate.
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to reinforce MJ’s voice and presence in the market.

technical FUNCTIONS:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) preferred.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools, including email marketing software, intranet platforms, and digital signage systems.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track and evaluate communication effectiveness.

Required Experience

  • Capacity to manage and balance multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating proficiency in prioritization and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and employ critical thinking in problem solving.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and excellent time management discipline with minimal direction.
  • Strong resourcefulness and initiative; able to proactively identify solutions and utilize available resources to solve problems.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels within the organization.

 Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or related discipline or equivalent education preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
