The City and County of Denver offers a competitive salary commensurate with education and experience. The hourly range for this position is $31.33- $48.56/hourly. We also offer generous benefits for full-time employees which include but is not limited to:
Location
This position is primarily an in-person / in the office position with the possibility of a limited hybrid work schedule after successfully completing probation. The typical hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional need to work outside of standard business hours.

The mission of Denver County Court is to administer justice fairly, efficiently and effectively; provide excellent customer service, and foster a positive environment where employees enjoy their work. The City and County of Denver’s third branch of government is comprised of 19 judges, 4 full-time magistrates, and approximately 300 staff members. Case types include state, civil, small claims, traffic, criminal, and other cases within the City and County of Denver. The Denver County Court proudly serves the community and continually seeks ways to incorporate procedural fairness and evidence-based practices.
The Division
The Court Interpreter’s office utilizes both privately contracted interpreters and in-house court staff to deliver language access and promote access to justice to the public served by Denver County Court. We strive to foster a positive and dynamic environment where your expertise will be valued and put to meaningful use.
What You'll Do
The Denver County Court (DCC) is recruiting for the role of a Spanish Certified Court Staff Interpreter. As a Staff Interpreter, you would play a key role in delivering language access to the Court and its participants.
