About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for a motivated Spa Receptionist Intern to join our Team for a six-months internship starting from June 2026. The Spa Receptionist Intern will welcome guests and deal with all enquiries, being knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing. This position will schedule treatments to maximize use of time within the Spa schedule. 

What you will do

Provide an enjoyable, relaxed and peaceful spa experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. 

 

Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and with professionalism, escort them to the changing room and/or to the treatment/ pool/gym area.  

 

Support in inspecting any spa area making sure standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness are followed. Contact promptly the management team if needed.  

Make reservations for facial and body treatments and organize therapists’ appointments accordingly.  

 

What you bring

Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences. 

Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a team work approach. 

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian.

Schedule & Hours:

•    This position is full time and available from June 2026, for six months.  Successful candidates must hold legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.
