Senior Compensation Analyst

Serve as a trusted compensation expert responsible for analyzing market trends, evaluating global and off-shore pay practices, and maintaining accurate compensation data. Provide high‑quality reporting and insights that support strategic planning, workforce decisions, and the effective administration of the Company’s compensation programs worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

  • Partner with HR and business leaders on pay strategy, performance outcomes, and talent decisions.
  • Produce clear and accurate analysis that informs executive decision-making on market positioning, internal equity, and pay outcomes across regions.
  • Evaluate market data and compensation trends and make recommendations for new hire salaries, promotional increases and market adjustments for both onshore and offshore roles.
  • Facilitate annual salary planning exercise, including budget processes, modeling and development of offshore rates and salary bands.
  • Ensure planning software is accurately configured and up to date.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end process for annual bonus administration, including collecting and validating bonus data, coordinating payroll processing, and conducting final approval files.
  • Play a key role in the design, maintenance, and application of job architecture and compensation structures, including role evaluations and market assessments.

Stock Plan Administration & Executive Compensation

  • Manage relationship and data integration with third party stock plan vendor
  • Responsible for administration of all equity plan awards including grants, vesting, payroll reporting, and Form 4s. 
  • Participate in annual equity award planning process, including development of performance award criteria, preparing modeling for Compensation Committee meetings, and drafting grant agreements.
  • Support preparation of executive compensation disclosures for the annual proxy statement, including the Compensation Discussion & Analysis.
  • Coordinate data collection for external auditors and legal reviewers, ensuring timely responses and documentation to support the proxy drafting and filing process.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or related field
  • 5+ years of compensation experience, inclusive of 1+ years of equity plan administration
  • Working knowledge of compensation concepts, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and compensation tools (e.g., Workday, Payfactors)
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly
  • Flexibility, creativity, sensitivity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with managers and HR team members

Preferred

  • Experience working within a global organization
  • Experience within Oil & Gas, particularly drilling or offshore operations
  • Experience with executive compensation, international compensation, and/or stock plan administration
  • Experience working for a public company with reporting and compliance requirements
