About the role of SPA Receptionist

The Spa Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for all resort guests. This position is responsible for managing all front desk operations of the spa, including guest check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and service promotion. The Spa Receptionist ensures that every guest receives an exceptional and personalized experience in alignment with the resort’s service standards.

What you will do:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by warmly welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and handling all requests or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage spa reservations and daily operations, including therapist schedules, treatment room allocations, check-ins, check-outs, and accurate appointment records.
  • Coordinate effectively with therapists and other departments to ensure smooth communication, timely service delivery, and a consistently relaxing spa environment.
  • Support revenue goals through knowledgeable promotion, upselling of treatments and retail products, and meeting individual sales targets.
  • Execute administrative and cashiering duties accurately, including operating spa software, processing payments, maintaining records, and ensuring proper opening/closing procedures.


What you bring:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for this role.
  • Minimum 1–2 years in front desk, spa, or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or a similar high-end hospitality environment (2+ years) is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to navigate and operate all hotel systems with a keen attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of luxury service standards and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
