About the location:

Major Responsibilities

General

Executes all tasks assigned by his/her superiors Demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness; promotes teamwork and acts as role model Attends and actively participates in all scheduled training sessions, daily briefings and meetings Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden Rule Set-up and maintain spa treatment rooms; locker rooms, steam & sauna, toilets, treatment rooms, pre-treatment area, waiting area, relaxation room and replenishments of refreshments. Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; report customer complaints to manager immediately; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services. Assist therapists with set-up and breakdown of their respective treatment areas Adheres to the hotel's code of conduct and grooming & hygiene standards Is seen as working hands-on, assists colleagues in crunch times and retail/juice bar opening/closing and general coverage when necessary Maintains a clean and orderly work area and promotes a safe working environment Follow the daily check list of the Spa treatment rooms and reports any engineering issues to the Manager. Ensure all operational and guest supplies are fully stocked at all times (all amenities in treatment rooms, linen, accessories, etc) Retrieve fresh linen and terry items and deliver dirty linen and terry items Retrieve, deliver, and store/set-up products from purchasing in respective storage areas Treatment rooms and all spa areas to be kept immaculately clean and well maintained at all times Able to give tours of The Spa facilities to guests  and be familiar with hotel and spa services and hours of operation Maintain accurate month end inventory counts for all operating supplies
