About the role
The Spa Assistant Manager supports the Director of Spa in overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing spa staff and achieving revenue and service quality targets. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence, team performance, and brand standards.
What you will do
Assist in managing day-to-day spa operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery and operational excellence
Ensure all guests receive a consistently high-quality and personalized spa experience in line with Four Seasons standards
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring effective service recovery
Supervise daily team performance, providing coaching and on-the-job guidance, support staff performance reviews, attendance monitoring and disciplinary processes as required
Assist with budgeting, cost control and forecasting activities, monitor daily operational reports including bookings, therapist utilization and revenue performance, support marketing initiatives, promotions and seasonal spa packages
Actively promote spa treatments, memberships, and retail products to guests; support the achievement of spa revenue, retail sales and upselling targets
Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Work harmoniously and professionally with management and co-workers to foster a positive team environment
What you bring
Bachelor degree in Hospitality, Wellness, Business Management or related field
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in spa or wellness operations with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Exceptional customer service orientation
Sales-driven mindset with basic financial acumen
