As an IT SOX Coordinator, you’ll take the lead in managing and coordinating IT SOX audit activities that ensure our systems meet the highest standards of compliance and control. From planning assessments to partnering with internal teams and external auditors, you’ll help identify risks, evaluate controls, and drive meaningful improvements. This hands-on role offers a dynamic opportunity to sharpen your expertise in IT risk management and compliance, all while contributing to a mission that powers clean energy innovation.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Coordinates EY audit data requests and leads walkthrough sessions to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Partners with Internal Audit to fulfill data requests efficiently and accurately
  • Updates process maps and control documentation in OnSpring annually, while identifying opportunities for control improvements and automation
  • Oversees quarterly Section 302 questionnaire reviews to maintain compliance and integrity
  • Conducts comprehensive annual reviews of user and system access, including segregation of duties assessments
  • Evaluates IT-related SOC 1 reports from service providers and documents findings to strengthen risk management
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or accounting with Management Information Systems focus and six (6) years of experience
  • Preferred: Master’s degree computer science, information technology or accounting with Management Information Systems focus and four (4) years of experience

Other Requirements:

  • Demonstrates strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with safety as a top priority
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating complex IT environments in large organization
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal control frameworks, including COSO
