About the Job

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Supervisor for CT Scan to lead daily operations while performing high‑quality diagnostic imaging. This role blends hands‑on clinical work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring safe, efficient workflows and exceptional patient experiences. You’ll support technologists, collaborate with Radiologists, manage department resources, and help maintain accreditation and quality standards.


What You’ll Do

  • Perform CT exams—including trauma, orthopedic, fluoroscopic, contrast, and invasive procedures—following established protocols.
  • Review patient medical history, complete required documentation, and administer IV, oral, and rectal contrast safely.
  • Ensure image quality, accuracy, and proper documentation before presenting studies to Radiologists.
  • Assist Radiologists with invasive procedures and support patient safety throughout all exams.
  • Oversee department operations, including staffing, scheduling, payroll, supply management, and equipment service coordination.
  • Prepare QC documentation, maintain ACR accreditation materials, and support annual budget planning.
  • Lead, train, and mentor technologists; conduct performance reviews; and onboard new team members.
  • Address patient and staff concerns with professionalism, compassion, and timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety standards, and organizational policies.
