Partner with the best
As Junior Business Process SQE you will act as Supplier Quality representative in the cross-commodities and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives. In detail, in this role you will be responsible for:

  • Actively participating in rewiring programs leading specific workstreams or contributing as Subject Matter Expert.  
  • Driving metrics and data analysis standardization across commodities and Business Units (KPIs, supplier scorecards).
  • Starting the analysis of data related to the supplier escaping defects, identifying the main defectiveness reasons of the different commodities.
  • Collaborating with the commodity SQEs, working on the identification of improvement actions with the focus on increasing the suppliers’ performances.
  • Oversighting the supplier development plans monitoring the progress and informing the Leadership team.
  • Collaborating with the inspection team with the goal of enhancing the inspection process.
  • Making leaner Supplier Quality processes applying risk evaluation concepts and fit-for-purpose mindset.
  • Supporting Business Process SQE Leader in maintaining processes and procedures under the responsibility of the Supplier Quality team fostering harmonization across IET
     

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • have a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • own a data driven mindset and apply statistical methods 
  • have general technical knowledge of different commodities.
  • be familiar with continuous improvement methods.
  • strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others.
  • previous experience in participating in cross-functional improvement initiatives (nice to have)
