As a Procurement & Sourcing Specialist, you're to manage the buying/sourcing process. You're to apply buying/sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.
As a Procurement & Sourcing Specialist , you will be responsible for:
· Developing and reviewing Suppliers and managing PIR/Source list
· Creating and managing Contract/Spend/Savings Projects
· Collaborating with Category team for alignment on projects and Supporting Tender
· Managing PO and aligning Supply schedule, controlling Inventory and supplier quality
· Being compliant with GRIR, NPNP, ATF, and supporting internal/external Audit
· Managing Ariba-P2P process

To be successful in this role you will:
· Have Bachelor from an accredited school
· Have 3+ years' experience of Procurement/Sourcing in Manufacturing industry
· Have knowledge and understanding of ERP systems and Ariba/HICX and other Sourcing AI tools
· Have experience of working in a service provided environment
· Have good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, good interpersonal and leadership skills
· Have good problem solving skills and ability to work independently
· Have ability to read components/assembly drawings and material specification is an advantage
