As leader for procurement & Sustainability, Motor, you’ll guide a highly skilled team and work closely across countries to build strong partnerships and deliver business value.
About the role
Claims represents a major part of If’s business, handling around two‑thirds of our premiums and supporting customers in millions of claim situations every year.
In this role, you are part of the Nordic Strategic Operations & Business Development management team. You lead and develop a high‑performing procurement and sustainability team, ensuring clear direction, strong collaboration and impact aligned with our strategy.
You work closely with Motor Claims leaders across all Nordic countries, supporting operational excellence through strong supplier partnerships, smart sourcing and continuous improvement. You also collaborate across Lines of Business to drive Procurement Excellence, standardization and best practice.
