Job Summary:
At Acrisure, we treat talent acquisition like a sales engine - proactive, data-driven, and revenue-aligned. As our Sourcing & Labor Market Specialist, you’ll act as a market-facing talent strategist responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging high-impact talent to fuel our continued growth. You will drive opportunity volume, advise on competitive positioning, and ensure we’re in front of the right talent, at the right time, with the right message.
This role sits within Talent Enablement and supports enterprise talent strategy through sourcing execution, labor market intelligence, and scalable pipeline development. This role blends sourcing execution with labor market intelligence to deliver actionable insights and targeted outreach that accelerate hiring outcomes. You’ll work hand-in-hand with recruiters and business leaders to bring the same level of rigor to talent strategy that we expect in revenue strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted sourcing campaigns that prioritize speed, conversion, and candidate quality for priority roles.
Lead sourcing strategy for enterprise-critical, niche, and hard-to-fill roles where proactive market engagement is required beyond traditional applicant flow.
Operate like a sales development rep for talent—engaging passive candidates, nurturing long-term relationships, and moving them through the funnel.
Optimize sourcing efforts by identifying the highest-performing channels and conversion tactics for each talent segment.
Provide recruiters and hiring leaders with competitive intelligence, market positioning, and outreach strategies to win over top candidates.
Translate labor market trends and data into real-time recommendations for recruiting strategy, headcount planning, and pipeline focus.
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Managers and recruiters to align on business priorities and ensure outreach is strategically targeted and revenue-impactful.
Support enterprise talent initiatives by building targeted pipelines for recurring hiring segments, leadership talent, and emerging skill areas.
Share actionable insights on candidate behavior, competitor hiring activity, and sourcing ROI to inform broader TA strategy.
Partner with Talent Enablement leadership to test and scale new sourcing tools, automation opportunities, and market intelligence practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, labor market research, or recruiting.
Demonstrated success sourcing for hard-to-fill, niche, or business-critical roles using proactive search strategies and direct outreach.
Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into practical talent recommendations for recruiters and business leaders.
Experience with recruitment technologies such as ATS (Workday preferred), CRM (Phenom preferred), and other sourcing tools.
Ability to manage competing priorities, follow through on commitments, and maintain a high level of organization.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
