DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provisioning and Implementation: Assist in the end-to-end provisioning process, coordinating with internal teams and external
vendors.To ensure timely and accurate provisioning of data center services.
Technical Support: Provide technical support during the solution design and provisioning phases, troubleshooting and
resolving issues. To ensure all solutions meet technical and operational requirements.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure requirements are met through effective solution design. To maintain high customer satisfaction and alignment with customer Expectations.
Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all provisioning activities comply with industry standards and company processes . To maintain high standards of service delivery and mitigate risks.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain documentation related to solution design, provisioning processes, and
technical specifications. To ensure accurate records and provide insights for continuous
improvement.
