This role offers the opportunity to drive customer satisfaction by consistently exceeding SLA targets while working hands-on with advanced product repairs, including motherboard-level fixes. It combines technical problem-solving, diagnostics, and system updates, along with exposure to maintenance, calibration, and cross-team collaboration, enabling continuous learning and impact on product quality and service excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer
- Deliver internal & external customer satisfaction by achieving or exceeding business SLA targets for productivity, Quality & behavioral excellence
- Performs in-house fault analysis, servicing and a wide range of repairs (including motherboard repairs) of company products at established company repair site. Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures. Performs maintenance, testing, calibration & cleaning of repaired products. Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues. May communicate with field-based technicians for details helpful to failure diagnostics or repair, but generally without direct client contact. Some mother board repair and soldering
- Updates internal systems to ensure accurate repair actions and parts usage are captured
- Assists where required in areas such as key-loading, inserting warranty keys, loading software and Terminal IDs and wherever else deemed necessary
Operational
- Follow set processes and workflow models to maintain maximum Repair Center productivity & accuracy
- Assist with Daily ordering of required parts requirements & helps with forecasting future requirements
- Assist with Accurate and timely Software and Key loading activities as required
- Ensures repairs are done chronologically in order to hit partner SLAs
- Participate and contribute fully in all Team and Company meetings with the aim to maintain and improve the efficiency of the Repair Center Team.

- Conduct all duties and processes to ensure financial risk and/or losses are minimal
- Identify improvement opportunities

- Build and maintain positive collaborative relationships with all business stakeholders
What Qualifications will you need to be successful?
Knowledge and Experience
- Electronics background essential with repair experience preferred
- Motherboards repair & soldering experience would be a valuable asset
- Understanding of the Payments Solutions industry (preferable)
- Experience working in a warehousing/logistics environment
Skills/Abilities
- Well-developed inter-personal & communication skills
- Excellent level of literacy & numeracy skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Outlook and MS Excel
- Previous exposure to Logistics and inventory management applications (advantageous)
- Previous exposure to Repair of electrical devices (advantageous)
- Methodical, logical & solutions-based approach, accuracy and an eye for detail
- Team player with a strong sense of integrity
