We’re looking for a Solutions Demo Engineer to join the Solutions Center of Excellence at Asana. In this role, you will leverage your product and technical knowledge, along with your expertise in workflows and integrations, to support strategic Demo Programs. You will be the architect behind the demo environments and use cases that help our customers fully visualize how to maximize the value of Asana. By collaborating closely with Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams, you’ll ensure our demo assets remain future-vision oriented and impactful.
This role is based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve
Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Product Marketing teams to design and deliver compelling demos that bring Asana’s value to life for prospects and customers.
Build and maintain demo environments that showcase current and future Asana workflows across various industries and use cases.
Develop and document our strategic demo repository, ensuring all assets are reliable, reusable, and easy to maintain.
Create engaging, self-guided demo experiences and supporting assets that help global teams tell a consistent, impactful story at scale.
Translate complex, real-world customer workflows into interactive demo experiences that highlight Asana’s impact on collaboration and clarity.
Collaborate with Demo Engineers and cross-functional teams to improve demo tooling and automation, identifying ways to enhance the efficiency of creating and launching demos.
Explore emerging technologies like AI and advanced integrations to enhance how we showcase Asana’s capabilities to the world.
About you
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a technical role such as software engineering, technical consulting, or pre-sales, or equivalent project experience.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or Node.js, and an enthusiastic drive to learn new technologies.
Integrations Mindset: Curious about how APIs and SaaS tools integrate to power better workflows and drive team collaboration.
AI Curiosity: Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
Communication: A strong communicator who is comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical teammates to solve problems.
Creative Problem Solver: Enjoys deconstructing how things work and finding innovative ways to show what’s possible through technology.
Adaptable: Highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between €56,700 - €63,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
