About the Role

The Solutions Consultant is a senior individual contributor within Professional Services responsible for designing, owning, and delivering customer solutions that align business objectives with Togetherwork product capabilities.

This role acts as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle—leading solution design, guiding implementation, and ensuring a seamless transition to Customer Success. You will partner cross-functionally with Project Managers, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive long-term adoption and value.

What You’ll Do

Solution Design & Customer Advisory

  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand customer business processes, objectives, and system requirements
  • Design end-to-end solutions that align customer needs with Togetherwork product capabilities
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, implementable solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through best practices, tradeoffs, and solution decisions

Solution Ownership & Delivery

  • Own solution integrity throughout onboarding and implementation engagements
  • Partner with Project Managers, onboarding teams, and configuration specialists to ensure successful execution
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and complexity throughout delivery
  • Ensure smooth transition of solutions to Customer Success for ongoing support

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support Sales on complex opportunities requiring deep solution expertise
  • Provide structured feedback to Product teams based on customer needs and delivery insights
  • Operate within PMO frameworks to ensure consistency with implementation standards

Continuous Improvement & Insights

  • Use data, tools, and automation to improve solution quality and scalability
  • Contribute to best practices, delivery standards, and implementation methodologies
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools for requirements analysis, documentation, and process optimization

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5–8 years of experience in solution consulting, implementation consulting, or similar client-facing roles
  • Experience delivering SaaS or enterprise software implementations
  • Strong consulting skills with a focus on solution design and customer advisory
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience documenting solution architecture and implementation considerations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar)
  • Experience with Association Management Systems (AMS) or membership platforms
  • Background working with associations, nonprofits, or membership-based organizations
  • Understanding of financial processes (GL, AR, AP, revenue recognition)
