WHAT YOU WILL DO:

This is a hybrid leadership role combining Solutions Architecture and Consulting responsibilities. Initially, you will undergo mentorship and training to gain deep knowledge of EOS’s Smart Workspaces methodologies. Once proficient, you will engage with global enterprise clients to transform their workspaces into industry-leading Smart Workspace environments that drive outcomes in productivity, sustainability, talent acquisition & retention, and hybrid work. You will lead programs and deliver client-specific projects, ensuring alignment with EOS’s Optimal Technology Reference Architecture and methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Apply consultative methodologies to help multinational clients define their global Smart Workspaces vision.
  • Assess client environments to determine current state, strategies, technologies, and adoption processes.
  • Review specifications and drawings (MasterFormat, OmniClass, UniFormat, custom formats) and create assessments using EOS consulting methodologies.
  • Complete training on EOS’s Optimal Technology Reference Architecture for Smart Workspaces.
  • Gain familiarity with technologies supporting EOS’s architecture and apply this knowledge in client engagements.
  • Perform GAP analysis to identify opportunities for adopting EOS’s architecture to meet client objectives.
  • Act as Solutions Architect to design client-specific technology architectures and present comprehensive solutions to clients, internal EOS teams, and third-party partners.
  • Produce and edit technical content for building specifications aligned with EOS methodologies.
  • Create rough technology architecture drawings and collaborate with designers to produce construction bid package drawings.
  • Lead program management efforts, coordinating across clients, EOS teams, and third-party partners to ensure successful delivery of outcomes.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in the construction industry, engaging with architects and MEP engineers.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction specifications and drawings.
  • 4+ years of consulting or consultative sales experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to support multinational customers.
  • Strong remote work capability and self-management skills.
  • Prior program or project management experience (construction project experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with one or more building technologies (e.g., physical security, video surveillance, HVAC control, lighting control).
  • Knowledge of IT/OT systems (networks, wireless, AV, cybersecurity) sufficient to guide clients and technical teams.
  • Exceptional customer focus and accountability, with the ability to lead engagements and overcome challenges in large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

  • CAD or Visio experience.
  • Industry certifications such as LEED, WELL, RCDD.
  • Architectural or electrical engineering experience or certifications.
  • 4-year degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). Consideration will also be given to candidates with 2-year degrees, industry certifications, trade school graduates, and applicants with honorable military service and relevant practical experience.

Pay Range
$125,000$145,000 USD
