NVIDIA’s Worldwide Field Operations (WWFO) team is looking for a robotics-focused Solution Architect with expertise in embedded systems preferably the NVIDIA Jetson or IGX platforms. A candidate supporting integration of the Jetson/IGX platform into robotics systems, both in terms of the core embedded hardware (e.g. NVIDIA Holoscan Sensor Bridge) as well with high level understanding of the system software, application frameworks and neural networks that would allow the candidate to optimise the execution of robotics policies on TensorRT or similar runtime backends.
As a Solutions Architect, you will be the first line of technical expertise between NVIDIA and our customers. Big part of the responsibility of the candidate will be to operate NVIDIA robotics space in Munich, build and deliver training and demonstrations for the wider Solutions Architects team and capture and document learnings from NVIDIA Robotics research teams.
Work directly with key customers to understand their technology and provide the best solutions
Help to operate/maintain the NVIDIA Robotics Space in Munich ensuring its smooth and safe operation, overseeing hardware repair and enforcing safe operation of the environment.
Build and deliver Physical AI hands-on training and ensure its delivery to the wider SA teams and, in the future, partner teams.
Develop and demonstrate solutions based on NVIDIA’s Physical AI stack.
Help other members of the team to carryout safe integration of new robotic policies.
Partner with Engineering, Product and Sales teams to develop, plan best suitable solutions for customers. Enable development and growth of product features through customer feedback and proof-of-concept evaluations
Build industry expertise and become a contributor in integrating NVIDIA technology into Enterprise Computing architectures.
Work closely with customer's data science and IT teams
Excellent verbal, written communication, and technical presentation skills in English
MS/PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering fields with 8+ years of work experience
Hands on experience with real robotics systems (arms/drones/quadrupeds/humanoids)
Understanding of parallel processors and programming model, preferably NVIDIA GPUs as well as key libraries used in robotics space including ROS / Issac ROS / Holoscan/ Issac Lab / etc.
Experience with sensor and peripheral integration and bring-up on embedded systems
Strong time-management and organisation skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities and implementations of new technology and products into very sophisticated projects
You are a self-starter with demeanour for growth, passion for continuous learning and sharing findings across the team
Experience working with larger transformer-based architectures in physical AI space / deployment of neural networks on embedded systems
Experience in optimisation/profiling of neural networks using TensorRT, Model Optimiser or equivalent technologies.
Experience with NVIDIA’s runtime middleware such as Isaac ROS and Holoscan SDK
Experience operating/managing robotics environments
