Skills Required

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering
• Strong fundamentals in:
• Python
• data structures
• APIs / backend basics
• Hands-on experience building with modern AI tools, including:
• LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models)
• Prompt engineering (structured prompts, iteration, testing)
• RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) or retrieval-based systems
• Working with real data (documents, APIs, datasets)
• Familiarity with:
• embeddings and semantic search
• vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
• frameworks like Lang Chain, Llama Index (or similar)
• Ability to explain your projects end-to-end (architecture, trade-offs, decisions)
• Curious, hands-on, and comfortable building in a fast-paced environment

This role is for candidates who have already built AI-powered applications, not just explored them

 Scope of Work

• Build and iterate on AI-powered workflows using LLMs
• Design and implement RAG pipelines with real-world data
• Integrate AI models with APIs, backend systems, and enterprise data sources
• Work directly with real customers to:
• understand use cases
• deploy conversational AI solutions
• support implementation and adoption
• Build POVs (proof of value), demos, and prototypes to showcase product capabilities
• Translate business problems into working AI solutions
• Collaborate across sales, product, and engineering teams
• Operate at the intersection of sales and technology, supporting:
• client conversations
• solution positioning
• technical storytelling
• Continuously improve systems across:
• accuracy
• latency
