Job Description

Part of a larger team delivering high quality technology solutions to the business. Assists with the design, development and installation of software solutions. Helps build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with internal architecture, development & design standards & best practices. Helps design, modify, develop, write, implement and troubleshoot software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Works within a Waterfall or Agile methodology/framework-based team. Collaborates heavily with Project Management, Business Analyst and Infrastructure Job Families.

 

What You'll Do:

• Design, modify, develop, write, implement, and troubleshoot software programming applications.

• Support and/or install software applications.

• Participate in testing processes through test review, analysis, and certification.

• Collaborate with Project Management, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams.

• Work within Waterfall or Agile methodology frameworks.

• Under direct supervision, assist with:

  • Meeting clients to discuss hardware/software needs.

  • Designing and installing customized solutions.

  • Testing system performance and fixing bugs.

  • Providing post-installation support and follow-ups.

  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships.

  • Supporting business units with technical queries.

Must-Have Skills:

• API development experience using .NET Core and C# (1–2 years).

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, including creating SQL packages, procedures, and batch scripts.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub).

• Ability to work in a team environment and deliver high-quality solutions.

Nice-To-Have:

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with Cloud Computing (1–2 years).

Solution Engineer Assc (SG 5):

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required. 

Experience: No additional experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

 

Solution Engineer (SG 6):

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required. 

Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Solution Engineer (SG 6): $72,380 - $90,474
