We are currently seeking a Solution Consultant to join our office in Gothenburg, Sweden. This role will be part of our global Solutions team within the commercial organization. The Solutions team partners closely with sales and channel teams to drive opportunity development from early engagement through to successful close. The position focuses on delivering consultative pre-sales expertise, aligning customer needs with our solutions, and ensuring strategic deals are positioned for success.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Solution Consultant, you will:

  • Partner with sales and channel teams to provide expert presales support across TR ONESOURCE Pagero services and related SaaS solutions

  • Conduct customer discovery sessions and deep dives to uncover needs and align solutions effectively

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and live demonstrations showcasing the ONESOURCE Pagero platform.

  • Manage demo environments, including accounts, data, and scripts, ensuring readiness for customer engagements

  • Respond to RFx requests and commercial team inquiries with accurate, timely, and value-driven information

  • Maintain knowledge resources in our knowledge database tool and stay current on global regulatory mandates, ViDA updates, and new product features

  • Collaborate with solution leadership to share product ideas and improve processes that enhance team efficiency and consistency

About You

You’re a fit for the role of a Solution Consultant if you have the following required qualifications:

  • 13+ years in presales, solution consulting, technical consulting, or professional services within SaaS B2B/P2P/O2C environments

  • Degree-level education and fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading)

  • Strong understanding of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes

  • Proven client-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Solid knowledge of connectivity and e-invoicing data formats, including regional mandates and ViDA compliance.

  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and adapt messaging for different audiences

  • Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Successfully pass an extended background check

Additional preferred qualifications include:

  • Advanced expertise in ONESOURCE Pagero or similar EU e-invoice service providers

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, data import/export, and AR/AP processes

  • Additional language expertise is a plus
