We are currently looking for a functional Solution Architect within the Professional Services organization to support our Treasury Management System "Quantum" .

About the role:

Design, describe and manage the functional solutions within the Quantum product to match each client’s specific business requirements, ensuring that our projects are clearly and sufficiently scoped and designed before we commence configuration.

The Solution Architect will be involved to a varying degree in each stage of a project, from the initial Sales RFP responses, through pre-contract scoping, then design and build all the way through to go-live.

About the team:

The global Solution Architecture team is a part of the wider Quantum Professional Services organization, supporting clients in over 40 countries. The Solution Architecture team have many decades of combined experience implementing Quantum and work closely together to design the right solution for each client.

What you will be doing:

• Working with our Sales and Presales colleagues supporting RFP responses and initial project estimates, and then helping close the deal by leading the Scoping workshops and preparing the Statement of Work.
• Leading the project Design / Blueprinting phase, ensuring we have captured exactly what we will do, how we will do it as well as the client’s acceptance criteria.
• Be part of the delivery team on key projects, taking on highly complex configuration activities.
• Provide troubleshooting expertise for projects.
• Work with partner products (e.g. Trax, eBAM) to ensure efficient and consistent integration between solutions.
• Engage with the Quantum Product Management team to ensure a clear understanding of both current and future functionality
• Support the training and development of more junior consultants, strengthening their knowledge of the system, and the overall Treasury landscape.

What you bring:

• Comprehensive Quantum product knowledge and a proven understanding of the Corporate / Banking Treasury space.
• Experience in consulting and/or software application implementations in a Treasury or Banking context.
• Good knowledge and understanding of financial operational and business processes.
• Knowledge of Accounting practices.
• Knowledge of financial instruments (FX, MM, IRS, FRA, Bonds etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
