Solution Architect – Product Launch & Fulfillment

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Solution Architect to lead the design and evolution of our Product Launch and Fulfillment services. This role is responsible for orchestrating product lifecycle data, governance processes, and end-to-end launch to fulfillment workflows across a modern technology ecosystem built on Microsoft Azure, MS SQL, enterprise integration services, and key Oracle product data systems including Oracle Fusion (PDH/PIM, S&OP).

As the end-to-end architecture owner, you will partner closely with Product Management, Supply Chain, Commercial Models, Manufacturing and Digital to deliver scalable and future-ready capabilities. You will ensure seamless orchestration across product introduction, data governance, supply chain planning and downstream fulfillment operations.

This role requires deep experience supporting complex product portfolios, including hardware devices, embedded software, configurable product variants, global SKU structures, and supply chain dependencies. You will drive solutions that ensure product data accuracy, fulfillment readiness, inventory and planning alignment, and efficient launch execution across regions and channels.

You will also play a key role in advancing automation, a security first mind set and analytics/AI driven insights across the product lifecycle to improve operational efficiency, forecast accuracy, and fulfillment performance.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Data Architecture

• Architect and lead end to end solutions for Product Launch, Product Master Data, Manufacturing and Fulfillment built on Azure services, MS SQL, API driven integration patterns, and Oracle PDH/PIM.
• Define scalable product data models, governance workflows, and integration layers ensuring alignment across ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, planning, eCommerce, and fulfillment systems.
• Establish system architecture for SKU setup, attribute mapping, product hierarchy management, packaging/BOM readiness, and global commercialization workflows.

Integration & Platform Engineering

• Design scalable integrations across Azure Integration Services, API Management, MS SQL data layers, Oracle PDH/PIM, planning systems (S&OP) and fulfillment platforms.
• Develop architecture patterns for product data synchronization, version control, lifecycle governance, approval workflows, and automated downstream activation.

Launch, Planning, and Fulfillment Enablement

• Lead the technical design for new product introduction (NPI) processes, including cross functional launch orchestration and supply chain readiness.
• Ensure alignment between product attributes and operational workflows such as forecasting, demand planning, inventory, sourcing, manufacturing and fulfillment.
• Partner with supply chain and manufacturing teams to improve planning accuracy through consistent, high quality, and harmonized product data.

Governance & Operational Excellence

• Establish data quality frameworks, validation rules, and governance processes ensuring accuracy and consistency across product and fulfillment systems.
• Drive modernization initiatives including automation of launch workflows, standardized product templates, global SKU governance, and analytics driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, data governance standards, and enterprise controls for key product and fulfillment data.

Cross Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with Product, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations and Digital leadership to translate complex business requirements into scalable system design.
• Provide architectural oversight for fulfillment orchestration, inventory management, logistics integrations, and downstream operational processes.

• Reduction in product launch cycle time

• Adoption of standardized product and data governance processes

• 8–12+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or technical leadership roles supporting product lifecycle, supply chain, fulfillment, or enterprise data systems.
• Hands on expertise designing solutions using MS SQL, Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory, API Management), and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Experience with Oracle PDH/PIM or other PLM systems for product master data and governance.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, supply chain planning, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to architect complex product portfolios, global SKU structures, configurable products, and multi-region launch lifecycles.
• Experience designing APIs, middleware integrations, and scalable data synchronization patterns.
• Proven ability to translate complex cross functional requirements into high performance system architectures.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across Product, Supply Chain, Commercial Models, Manufacturing and Digital organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Experience in global hardware, consumer electronics, manufacturing, or supply chain heavy organizations.
• Exposure to multicurrency, multi region, multi entity implementations.
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks, metadata governance, and analytics/BI platforms.
• Understanding of the full product lifecycle and go to market ecosystem from ideation to postlaunch operations.
• Certifications in Azure Architecture, Oracle Fusion (PDH/PIM, S&OP), or enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
