Job Title: Software Quality Assurance & Testing Analyst

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday to Friday- 8 am – 4 pm
Position Summary:
Facilitate the change management process for Information Services and Technology.
Serve as an intermediary to coordinate, test, and communicate Change Management requirements within Information Services and Technology and other internal customers.
Measure, monitor, and assess the efficiencies of the change management process. Must possess defined ability to interact with a variety of team members as a problem solver and have excellent written and communication skills. Strong analytical and computer skills are essential. Ability to multitask and drive projects or tasks to completion are essential. Ability to think outside the box is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and assess change management requests and projects.
Coordinate and communicate release and testing schedules.
Prepare for, conduct and document assigned change management meetings.
Facilitate change management life cycle and associated processes.
Development and execution of integrated test plans and test cases for assigned releases.
Provide oversight of integrated testing process including reporting of progress and issues found.
Review change management release notes for implementations and perform quality assurance testing.
Regularly monitor and assess the efficiency of the change management process and tools.
Additional Responsibilities / Goals:
Work closely with Analysts, Project Managers, and other SQA Analysts on completion of project goals and tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Technology or Computer Science
Previous experience in software quality assurance and testing including writing test cases/scenarios from system requirements and defect management
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) a plus
Experience using Quality Assurance tools (such as TestRail, Jira, Remedy, etc.) a plus
Software programming experience a plus
Required Licensure/Certification Skills
Epic Certification a plus

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
