About the Job:
Red Hat is seeking an experienced, enterprise-level engineer with a strong background in Red Hat Enterprise Linux to join our team as a Software Maintenance Engineer in North America. In this role, you will provide technical support and sustaining engineering services to enterprise customers.

Collaborate with engineering and development teams to address complex issues and drive creative solutions.
Contribute to Red Hat’s global knowledge management system.
Perform deep dives into complex networking issues.
Mentor junior team members and collaborate with local and global teams to resolve challenging cases.
