What you will be responsible for:
As Application Development / Maintenance, Senior Associate, you will:
- Understand project requirements and delivery the implementation in time with high quality.
- Take the ownership to fix client reported bugs in a quick manner
- Groom user story, research the technical design & solution with effective communication and problem-solving skill;
- Embrace engineering best practice, seek better way of working to adopt optimization in SDLC

- Strong problem-solving skills and trouble-shooting skills. Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the project team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Good at communication and teamwork, familiar with Agile development process
- 2+ years of java development experience, familiar with spring framework, Maven and unit test
- Familiar with software design, refactoring and other engineering best practice.
- Familiar with SQL, experience of SQL query performance optimization is a plus
- Experienced with C++ or .Net development is a plus.
- Familiar with web front end development (react.js) is a plus
- Familiar with one of the script language like Python is a plus
- Experienced with Azure cloud service is a plus
- Experienced with AI Agent/Skill/MCP development is a plus
- Experience with Securities Accounting/Financing Solutions is a plus.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- CET4 is a must, with CET6 is preferred
