What you will be responsible for:

As Application Development / Maintenance, Senior Associate, you will:

  • Understand project requirements and delivery the implementation in time with high quality.
  • Take the ownership to fix client reported bugs in a quick manner
  • Groom user story, research the technical design & solution with effective communication and problem-solving skill;
  • Embrace engineering best practice, seek better way of working to adopt optimization in SDLC

  • Strong problem-solving skills and trouble-shooting skills. Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the project team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Good at communication and teamwork, familiar with Agile development process
  • 2+ years of java development experience, familiar with spring framework, Maven and unit test
  • Familiar with software design, refactoring and other engineering best practice.
  • Familiar with SQL, experience of SQL query performance optimization is a plus
  • Experienced with C++ or .Net development is a plus.
  • Familiar with web front end development (react.js) is a plus
  • Familiar with one of the script language like Python is a plus
  • Experienced with Azure cloud service is a plus
  • Experienced with AI Agent/Skill/MCP development is a plus
  • Experience with Securities Accounting/Financing Solutions is a plus.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • CET4 is a must, with CET6 is preferred
