AI应用开发工程师
工作地点： 成都
岗位职责：
1、负责企业级AI应用的设计与开发，将大模型技术落地到实际业务场景；
2、基于LangChain/LlamaIndex等框架开发RAG系统、AI Agent等解决方案，实现智能问答、文档生成等端到端应用；
3、开发模型服务中间件，支持多模型统一调度与管理，搭建企业知识库及向量化检索系统；
4、进行Prompt工程设计与模型输出调优，参与模型微调（LoRA/SFT）工作；
5、使用Docker/K8s完成AI服务容器化部署，建立LLMOps监控体系；
6、将AI应用集成到现有企业系统（ERP/CRM/OA等），跟踪项目上线效果并持续迭代优化；
7、编写技术文档，指导初级开发人员，与产品/业务部门沟通需求并输出技术方案。
任职要求：
1、985正规院校计算机/人工智能/软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年及以上工作经验；
2、精通Python，有3年以上Python开发实战经验；
3、熟练使用LangChain/LlamaIndex等AI应用开发框架，熟悉GPT/Claude/DeepSeek/通义千问等主流大模型API调用；
4、深入理解RAG原理，有向量数据库（Milvus/Pinecone/Chroma/Qdrant）使用经验及知识问答项目实战经验；
5、熟悉FastAPI/Flask等Python Web框架，具备RESTful API设计能力；
6、熟悉PostgreSQL/MySQL等关系数据库及Redis缓存，了解向量数据库；
7、熟悉Docker容器化部署，具备基础K8s操作经验；
8、有AI Agent开发、企业级文档解析（PDF/Word/Excel）或AI应用落地项目经验；
9、能流畅阅读英文技术文档，英语四级以上；
10、工作积极主动，有责任心，具备良好的团队协作能力和业务理解能力。
Responsibilities:
Design and develop enterprise-grade AI applications, implement LLM technology into real-world business scenarios; Develop RAG systems, AI Agents, and other solutions using frameworks such as LangChain/LlamaIndex, delivering end-to-end applications including intelligent Q&A and document generation; Develop model service middleware to support unified multi-model scheduling and management, and build enterprise knowledge bases with vectorized retrieval systems; Design prompt engineering and optimize model outputs, participate in model fine-tuning tasks (LoRA/SFT); Containerize and deploy AI services using Docker/Kubernetes, and establish LLMOps monitoring systems; Integrate AI applications with existing enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/OA), track project launch effectiveness and continuously iterate and optimize; Write technical documentation, mentor junior developers, communicate requirements with product/business teams and deliver technical solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related majors from accredited institutions, with 3+ years of work experience; Proficient in Python with 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience; Skilled in AI application development frameworks such as LangChain/LlamaIndex, familiar with mainstream LLM APIs including GPT/Claude/DeepSeek/Tongyi Qianwen; Deep understanding of RAG principles, experience with vector databases (Milvus/Pinecone/Chroma/Qdrant) and knowledge Q&A projects; Familiar with Python Web frameworks such as FastAPI/Flask, capable of RESTful API design; Familiar with relational databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL and Redis caching, knowledge of vector databases is a plus; Familiar with Docker containerized deployment and basic Kubernetes operations; Experience in AI Agent development, enterprise document parsing (PDF/Word/Excel), or AI application delivery projects; Able to read technical documentation fluently in English, CET-4 or equivalent; Proactive and responsible, with good teamwork skills and business understanding capabilities.
