Technical Skills & Functional Knowledge
Core Competencies
- Database Systems: Foundational knowledge of RDBMS including PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure services.
- Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell or Python for automation and tooling.
- Networking & Hardware: Basic understanding of networking concepts and hardware components.
- Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux environments.
Bonus Skills
- Ability to read and troubleshoot SQL code, including execution plans.
- Experience in end-to-end troubleshooting across application, network, hardware, and database layers.

- Strong ability to document, track, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong collaborative problem-solving abilities.
