Software Engineer Principal

Design and deploy Business Process Management (BPM) solutions to streamline operations and enhance automation across key business functions. Work closely with SRE Team and a team of engineers to monitor and improve API incident response and performance correction procedures. Work with a team of engineers, onsite and remote across various time zones, to fill full time and contracting needs for the various Pods and Projects. Partner with product management and technology leadership to continuously define an API and Event Capability Roadmap for assigned lines of business. Work closely with business and technology partners to plan and closely monitor development work and progress. Work to improve employee onboarding, standards, and training processes available for team to be able to produce quality deliverables. Serve as a key contributor to drive the quality of APIs by establishing necessary processes with key stakeholders during API Design. Work as part of an agile squad by providing input on backlog details and effort.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of Full-Stack Software Engineering experience, including Business Process Management using Camunda or equivalent tool; Java Spring Boot Microservices; AWS Cloud Platform; Building Software Platforms and User Interfaces; Applications and Cloud Architecture; and design and implementation of Business Process Management solutions to automate the business.
