ICF is seeking a Software Engineer (Java, SQL Server). This position will be focused on maintaining and enhancing the existing Java and SQL Server-based platform; optimizing and modernizing backend services; and supporting cloud-ready architecture initiatives.
This position requires deep hands-on experience with Java-based enterprise systems and advanced SQL Server development, including complex stored procedures, performance tuning, and database optimization. Experience with React is considered a plus but is not required.
You should have experience with common development tools, techniques, and enterprise application design patterns. All team members are dynamic with experience delivering end-to-end solutions, with strong emphasis on backend and database technologies. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
