Job Summary:
Troubleshoot, diagnose and developing the system and recommend solutions.
Assist with or coordinate the development and repair of computer hardware and Software. Perform preventative maintenance functions as required. Participate in creating and implementing company IT standards and work with management and users to ensure IT standards are followed. __________________________________________________
Responsibilities:
1. To Define the best IT strategy for Korea with Head of CDT
- Assess strength & weakness
- Application Roadmap (As-Is & To-Be) aligned with local & Global Business strategy
- Communication on projects status and progress to concerned Business teams and Management
- Define the necessary means and propose projects for business growth
2. To Drive Transformation Projects
- Define & ensure right needs to run the local transformation on key projects: ERP, POS/OMS, New Marketplace / Digital Wholesale account
- Ensure right Project Methodology & Communication & Change Management
3. To supervise Support organization
- Ensure functional support and Software applications maintenance
- Ensure team function is managing incidents and problems encountered by users
- Ensure applications administration
- To communicate changes to users
- Monitor local CDT Production environment
4. To support E-commerce
- Ensure functional support and Software applications maintenance
- Ensure team function is managing incidents and problems encountered by users and customers
- Ensure applications administration
- To communicate changes to users
5. To participate in the optimization of Business processes
- To understand business target, challenge proposals and potential gain: risk/opportunity analysis
- Qualifying projects portfolio with feasibility analysis, business added value evaluation, ROI calculation during annual budget process
- To guarantee Information System coherency and integrity (master schema, audit of incoming and outgoing flows, access rights management)
Additional Requirements:
- Total IT experience over 2~4 years. Highly preferred on retail & whole business support experience as IT. E-commerce support experience is a plus.
- Above average ability to read, write, and speak English and Korean.
- Engineering school, Business school or Master with IT specialization and/or Project Management
- Technical and functional skills: Strong knowledge of Business processes (Retail, Product, Supply Chain, Finance)
- Strong knowledge of IT skills on data base and applications, good knowledge and methodology in Project Management
- Customer Service oriented, management skills, able to work under pressure, good relationship and teamwork, able to communicate in a project-oriented mode, methodology, autonomy, rigorous work and team spirit

- 적절한 프로젝트 방법론, 커뮤니케이션 및 변화관리(Change Management) 보장
3. IT 지원 조직 관리
- 기능 지원 및 소프트웨어 애플리케이션 유지보수 보장
- 사용자들이 겪는 인시던트 및 문제 해결을 위한 팀 운영 보장
- 애플리케이션 관리(Administration) 수행
- 사용자 대상 변경사항 커뮤니케이션
- 로컬 CDT 운영 환경 모니터링
4. 이커머스 지원

- 연간 예산 프로세스에서 프로젝트의 실행 가능성 분석, 비즈니스 가치 평가, ROI 계산 수행
- 정보시스템의 일관성과 무결성 보장(마스터 스키마, 인·아웃바운드 플로우 점검, 접근 권한 관리)
Additional Requirements (추가 요구사항)
- IT 경력 2~4년 이상, 리테일 및 도·소매 비즈니스 IT 지원 경험 선호. 이커머스 지원 경험은 플러스.
- 영어 및 한국어 읽기·쓰기·말하기 능력 우수
- 공학/비즈니스 전공 또는 IT 및/또는 프로젝트 관리 관련 석사 학위
- 기술 및 기능 역량:
- 비즈니스 프로세스(리테일, 상품, 공급망, 재무)에 대한 강한 이해
- 데이터베이스 및 애플리케이션 관련 IT 지식, 프로젝트 관리 방법론 이해
