Your Mission
Your main objective will be to design, develop, and integrate our in-house software used to process, visualize, and analyze test, launch, and flight data. The software you develop empowers our engineering and operations teams to work with live and post flight data of the vehicle prior, during, and after take-off.
More specifically, you will:
Build and maintain complex web applications
Create applications to allow the monitoring of real time data with different types of visualization
Develop on top of design systems and create libraries to allow reusing their components
Improve general performance and responsiveness
Author technical and user documentation
Contribute on architectural decisions based on trade off analysis
Guide less experienced engineers sharing your knowledge and know-how
Who you are and what you have
Strong understanding and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in TypeScript
Practical experience in at least one major front-end framework (preferably React)
Highly proficient with high frequency scientific data (e.g., time series, frequency domain) live visualization and charting
Hands-on experience designing microservices architecture and API design
Experience with automated software testing (unit tests, functional tests, etc.), especially with Cypress or Playwright
Experience with CI/CD (preferably in GitLab)
Experience with message based streaming technology (preferably Apache Kafka)
Nice to Have (Optional):
Experience working with Redux and MobX
Experience with styled-components, tailwind or another major CSS framework
Experience with storybook for component library development
Engineered RESTful and WebSocket-based applications using Java and Spring Framework.
Developed RESTful services within the C#/.NET ecosystem.
Understanding of infrastructure, cloud services and network
Experience with the Aerospace Engineering domain use cases
