Software Development Senior Specialist

What you’ll do: 

• Lead and coordinate key initiatives for the Betting native app, ensuring alignment with product strategy, market needs and delivery timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps, proposing data‑driven solutions and supporting their implementation end‑to‑end.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Design, QA, etc…) to deliver projects, governance activities and technical enhancements across multiple geographies.
• Monitor app performance, KPIs and compliance areas, providing clear reporting, insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support strategic planning cycles, contributing to business reviews, audits and decision‑making forums with structured analysis and documentation.
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with internal and external partners, promoting knowledge‑sharing and alignment on priorities.
• Ensure adherence to internal frameworks, engineering standards, policies and quality controls throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in native iOS development within complex or international environments, working on high‑traffic or multi‑market applications.
• Solid end‑to‑end exposure to technical analysis, development, build, release and maintenance processes.
• Strong command of Swift, SwiftUI, Git, API integration, Unit Testing and core iOS frameworks.
• Practical experience with MVVM, Xcode, Firebase, UIKit and XCTest, with the ability to apply best practices in architecture and testing.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and propose pragmatic, scalable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset, curiosity and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
