What does a successful Job Posting Title do at FISERV?

  • Key role in the success of the bug free and high-quality delivery.
  • Challenging role and great visibility to card payment domain. Good job role in terms of career growth.
  • Will be a key delivery stakeholder and will play a major role in terms of quality being delivered for the customers.
  • As a Sr Professional you will consistently collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical knowhow to key problems by defining technical designs, approach and by developing reusable platforms and solutions. You will also be responsible for implementing and improvising the Project Standards, performance tuning and best practices.

What will you do:

  • Performs BAU fixes and development projects on Payment Switch.
  • Performs Level3 production support of Payment Switch
  • Proactively looks for Production support system improvements
  • Support SIT and UAT for Payment Switch development projects or projects involving Payment Switch.
  • Create implementation plans / Review plans.
  • Deploy code in production.
  • Analyses bi-annual compliance mandates
  • Works with other teams in Technology and coordinate system related activities.
  • Should be flexible to work development and Production Support.

What will you need to know:    

  • Minimum 6+ years of working experience in any Payment Switch. POS experience preferred.
  • Possess strong domain/product knowledge of Payment Switch and card payments industry
  • Deep C expertise on AIX, POSIX IPC (shared memory, message queues, semaphores), AIX kernel internals, ACI NETX familiarity preferred.
  • C, Linux systems programming, POSIX, GCC/Clang, Valgrind/ASan, multi-process architecture, network programming (sockets, epoll), ISO 8583
  • Good analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills

What would be great to have:

  • Ability to speak, write and read in English (advanced intermediate level)
  • Knowledge of Fraud prevention solutions (e.g., Falcon Fraud Manager)
  • Agile development experience
