About the Team
As the leading provider of Talent Orchestration technology, HiredScore’s artificial intelligence, automation, and deep integrations empower the largest companies in the world to safely and transparently drive outcomes in recruitment productivity, diversity, internal mobility, and total talent management.About the Role
End-to-End Ownership: Design and implement scalable solutions to complex problems, taking full ownership of feature sets from initial discovery through to client delivery.
Distributed Systems: Build and maintain high-availability services within a Kubernetes-based microservices architecture.
Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards for production systems with a rigorous focus on testing, observability (monitoring/alerting), and stability.
Collaborative Innovation: Partner with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and fellow Engineers to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into our core products.
Team Contribution: Bring your unique experience and perspective to a diverse, agile team; we count on our engineers to help us evolve our culture and processes.
Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain innovative.
About You
3+ years of professional experience with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript (additional experience in Java or Go is a plus).
Proven experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs and working with modern message brokers/queuing systems (e.g., Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Solid understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and building for scale.
Proficiency with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to drive development efficiency.
Strong database experience with SQL and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Self-driven mindset: Ability to deliver solutions independently while remaining a highly collaborative team player.
Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.
Familiarity with orchestration platforms like Argo Workflows or Airflow.
Experience building and maintaining ETL and data pipelines.
