Job Description
We are seeking a Workday HCM with 2–3 years of functional experience to support configuration, enhancement, and troubleshooting activities across Workday HCM modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR process understanding, hands-on Workday configuration skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional and configuration support across Core HCM and other HCM modules (Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance, Compensation, etc.).
Analyze and resolve Workday-related issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
Support HR users through ticket management, root-cause analysis, and incident resolution.
Assist in configuring business processes, condition rules, security roles, and notifications.
Create and update calculated fields, maintain supervisory organizations, and support data changes.
Participate in Workday releases—impact analysis, testing, and deployment activities.
Build and maintain Workday reports (Simple, Advanced, Matrix) based on business needs.
Support HR and business teams with data audits, validations, and compliance checks.
Prepare and execute unit and regression test cases.
Support UAT by coordinating with business users.
Document configuration changes, process flows, and training materials.
