In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of developing custom software solutions and sophisticated data relationships, directly influencing the operational efficiency of global construction firms. You won’t just be writing code; you will be an architect of progress, owning the entire software development lifecycle—from initial discovery to final installation—ensuring our customers have the precise tools they need to build the world around us.
Architect Custom Solutions: Spearhead the discovery, design, and delivery of bespoke customer specifications, ensuring every technical component aligns perfectly with critical business requirements.
Master Data Visualization: Deliver high-impact custom reports using Crystal Reports and SSRS, alongside complex database customizations that turn raw data into actionable insights.
Own the Lifecycle: Execute rigorous testing and quality assurance for all software integrations and data migrations to ensure flawless performance prior to launch.
Consult and Collaborate: Act as a technical bridge, proactively communicating project milestones to stakeholders and ensuring timelines are met with precision and excellence.
Technical Expertise: You possess a strong command of SQL, including the ability to craft complex queries, triggers, and stored procedures.
Reporting Mastery: You have proven experience developing robust data visualizations using Crystal Reports and SSRS.
Educational Foundation: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, Accounting, or have equivalent professional programming experience.
Accounting Fluency: You have a solid grasp of basic business accounting principles, such as payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Prior experience with Vista ERP Software or specialized construction accounting software.
In-depth knowledge of the construction industry vertical.
A background in professional consulting with a focus on billable project delivery.
