The role:
As a social media manager, you will be responsible for creating, planning, implementing and maintaining a consistent, engaging, and effective social media presence that aligns with Truecaller's values and help increase brand visibility and enhance digital reputation
What you’ll do:
- Planning and delivering social media strategy across multiple platforms.
- Developing and executing content calendars and campaign scheduling.
- Creating and nurturing social media communities and customer interactions.
- Tracking performance and optimising for reach, engagement, or conversion.
- Reporting on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and platform-specific growth
- Staying updated on algorithm changes, platform features, and trends
What you bring in:
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Ability to create effective social media marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Hands-on experience in content management.
- Solid Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Nuanced understanding of latest social media trends.
