Summary

The Social Media Content Specialist supports brand build through strategic and creative comarketing and brand alignment. The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager scopes and implements creative and thoughtful go to market plans that drive product expansion,  increased revenue, and the optimal customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the co-marketing partner onboarding processes for EV partners, including business case, brand alignment, go-to-market plan, volume forecasts, account planning governance, and RACI charts for division-of-labor responsibilities

  • Scope and implement core program components for each partner, including e-commerce, brand guidelines, media plan, customer targeting plan, performance reporting, campaign calendar, and approval processes

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end campaigns from the ground up

  • Scope and launch lead capture landing pages and lead qualification processes, with focus on understanding the data and operational flows that support the programs we build

  • Identify, scope, and prioritize the high-impact and strategic opportunities;

  • Work with internal stakeholders and consulting partners to optimize program efficiency and scalability, starting with low-tech pilots to test ideas, then architect new programs building in checks and automated processes that streamline the workflow

  • Collaborate with and influence key stakeholders in order to make the programs successful

  • Demonstrate passion for the brand and customer’s journey, ensuring that is at the forefront of all decision making

  • Nimbly address ongoing demand for opportunistic and ad hoc marketing needs 

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal partners, including sales, business development, technology, product & pricing, marketing and external organizations and partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 7 years of related marketing experience

  • Strong experience in building, implementing and managing successful complex outbound co-marketing programs across many stakeholder groups.

  • Successfully lead multiple projects and effectively influence across all levels

  • Strong hands on experience using technology to achieve results

  • Mastery in extracting insights from data to drive results. Ability to get qualitative and quantitative insights which you can synthesize into business recommendations. 

  • Results-oriented and metrics-driven

  • Proactive style with an ability to set priorities, drive decisions and get closure on recommendations and issues

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Resourceful and scrappy. Strong iterative problem-solving abilities and a positive mindset.

  • All-around team player; collaborative by nature

  • Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

  • Knowledgeable in the renewables and/or energy market landscape a plus 

  • High energy; highly productive with strong self-starter initiative

  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills

  • Diverse marketing background a plus - including content development, event marketing, demand generation, culminating in recent focus on co-marketing, with demonstrated success

  • Deliver results from a remote work environment

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:

$74,773.20 to $99,697.60
