JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Business Planning
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies for assigned consumer products, aligned with overall business objectives and growth targets;
- Define product positioning, value proposition, and pricing strategies to strengthen market competitiveness;
- Lead annual planning processes, including sales forecasts, marketing budgets, and KPI setting;
- Continuously adapt plans to improve sales performance, market share, and profitability.
2. Market, Consumer & Performance Insights
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities;
- Translate insights into actionable strategies, innovation opportunities, and portfolio optimization;
- Track product performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
3. Social Media Strategy & Community Engagement
- Develop and execute social media strategies, with a strong focus on Red Note/WeChat/Tik Tok, to create impactful and culturally relevant content;
- Drive community engagement through creative storytelling, influencer collaboration, and interactive content;
- Build and strengthen product and brand awareness among target consumer segments.
4. E-Commerce Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and manage e-commerce campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs;
- Collaborate closely with sales and platform teams to maximize campaign visibility, conversion, and ROI;
- Optimize promotional mechanics, content, and timing to improve overall e-commerce conversion performance.
5. E-Commerce Platform Compliance & Optimization
- Stay up to date with the latest regulations, guidelines, and functional updates of key e-commerce platforms;
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and platform best practices;
- Continuously optimize content, assets, and campaigns to improve traffic effectiveness, and conversion rate of reach.
6. Performance-Based Advertising & Media Management
- Develop, manage, and optimize performance-based advertising campaigns across digital platforms, including paid media;
- Leverage data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and improve media efficiency;
- Drive marketing ROI through test-and-learn approaches and ongoing optimization.
7. Brand Asset Development & Management
- Lead the development and management of key brand assets, including visual content, product images, videos, and digital materials;
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with brand identity across all touchpoints;
- Collaborate with design, content, and external agencies to create compelling and high-quality marketing assets.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with sales, customer service, HCP marketing, training, operations, and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective execution;
- Act as a key marketing partner to internal stakeholders, providing strategic input;
- Drive alignment across teams to deliver impactful marketing outcomes.
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor degree
Minimum Experience Required:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing
