About the role

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a flexible working model that supports hybrid working between the office, and remote locations.  There is a requirement to be in the Dublin office on volunteering programme days (c. 1 – 2 days per week).  Deloitte Ireland promotes a modern, agile work environment designed to support work-life balance and collaboration.   • Lead and manage key Social Impact programmes and partnerships, ensuring alignment with Deloitte’s strategic goals.

  • Act as a credible and inspiring Social Impact ambassador internally and externally, enhancing Deloitte’s corporate image.

  • Develop and implement effective processes that enable Deloitte people to engage easily and meaningfully in social impact activities.

  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and colleagues to embed social impact into the firm’s culture and operations.

  • Programme Management (40%): Overseeing social impact initiatives, coordinating with charity and education partners, and ensuring successful delivery.

  • Stakeholder Engagement (25%): Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, senior leaders, and external partners to promote social impact objectives.

  • Communication & Representation (20%): Acting as the face of Deloitte’s social impact efforts through presentations, events, and external communications.

  • Strategic Development & Administration (15%): Supporting the management team in developing strategies, processes, and reporting frameworks to enhance social impact engagement.

About You

  • Degree-level education (2.1 or above), ideally in Ethics, Responsible Business, Marketing, HR, Sustainability, or Business disciplines.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication, influencing, and networking skills with experience in stakeholder management and external representation.

  • Additional beneficial experience includes volunteer management, project management, social media, and fundraising.
