MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. HVAC License or Plumbing License or Electrician Journeyman or equivalent Certification/License OR Associates degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
2. Valid Driver’s License.
EXPERIENCE:
1. Five (5) years of appropriate experience, (Armed Forces training, Training Program in industry could qualify), in one or more specialty areas of heating ventilation, air conditioning, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, construction.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Two years of technical school training in trades.
2. Pool operations certified (COP).

1. Hospital experience.
