The Capture Support Lead will support KBR’s NASA and Civil Space capture efforts by supporting strategic mission integration, executive‑level capture support, and proposal shaping in alignment with Shipley best practices. This role leverages deep experience in space programs, strategic planning, and enterprise operations to strengthen KBR’s positioning across NASA mission directorates.

Key Responsibilities

• Support capture managers and BD leadership during pre‑capture and capture phases for NASA opportunities
• Support development of mission strategies, win themes, and executive narratives aligned to NASA priorities
• Advise capture teams on risk, quality, and assurance strategies informed by prior Space Force program experience
• Assist in preparation for gate reviews, color team reviews, and executive briefings
• Integrate inputs from engineering, operations, and program teams into coherent capture and proposal messaging

Learning Objectives (SkillBridge‑Appropriate)

• Transition senior military space leadership experience into commercial Civil Space capture execution
• Apply Shipley capture methodology within NASA acquisition environments
• Gain hands‑on exposure to KBR’s Civil Space capture governance and proposal development processes
