Responsibilities :

A Site Process Lead is a management role in the Lexmark GBS organization responsible for the operations management of an E2E process teams that may comprise of center of competence and/or co-located activities. Primarily the role is requiring a technology industry business acumen and specific industry E2E processes serviced by a global business services corporate business unit.

The Site Process Lead functionally reports to the Global Process Lead who will provide functional guidance. He/ she directly reports to the Site General Manager.

Job Summary:

As part of Global Business Service organization, the “D2V” (aka Data to Value) group provides global service to business functions. The team is part of digital transformation structure with BSO teams (Business Support Office).

The team is being structured into 3 teams to deliver best-in-class service: Analytics Governance (AG), Data Governance (DG), Automation and Quality and Enterprise Digital Twin (EDT).

The Site Process Lead is in charge of providing operational leadership to the team, driving efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day activities,

- aligned to the directions and strategies of the Global Process Lead,

- partnership with other Site Process Leads,

- and in collaboration with the Site General Manager

About D2V, the SPL is accountable for customer satisfaction, best-in class processes (including documentation & ISO certification), delivery and people development.

- Delivery includes SLA, open requests/ideas/demands, elevated projects, impact to digital transformation initiative like process digitization, hyper automation, data & analytics

- People development includes our ability to deliver role evolution within the organization to get more adaptable workforce, upskilled to tackle our upcoming challenges with AI ML…

Key attributes are communication, technology expertise and business acumen.

Note:

- The SPL needs to be hands-on and “walk the digital transformation talk” so that DX organization becomes a strategic asset for GBS and Lexmark at large.

- The SPL is part of the senior leadership teams and participates in strategy sessions to influence evolution of D2V.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

· Primarily provides operational leadership of a site in an end-to-end process organization, driving efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day activities, aligned to the directions and strategies of the Global Process Lead, partnership with other Site Process Leads, and in collaboration with the Site General Manager.

· Accountable of the E2E site level process performance.

· Leads the establishment and management of a local strong team of end-to end process leaders; spearheads process specific recruitment, succession planning, performance management, talent management, organization changes, merit increases, and others, with the guidance and support of the Site General Manager.

· Supports and collaborates with the GPL, with support from the site GM, in annual budget, performance plans, target setting, and periodic cost and productivity analysis for the end-to-end process.

· Ensures the effective execution of best practices, governance model, and standardized processes directed by GPL across Centers of Competences to ensure global process consistency.

· Collaborates with Global Process Lead, other Site Process Leads, and Site General Manager, to ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs, end-to-end process compliance, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, with the goal of a successful delivery of expected service outcomes.

· Executes processes in compliance with specific statutory and regulatory requirements as per policies set by Functions.

· Continuously drives and executes site process improvement strategies in collaboration with the Global Process Lead and other Site Process Leads to foster global leveraging of innovations, impacting both short and long-term benefits.

· Collaborates closely with GPL, other Site Process Leads, Project Management Office, and Site General Manager in Assessing complex risk issues in large-scale situations and overseeing the process of development and presentation of solutions that addresses identified issues.

· Periodically provides insights on metrics for GPL to use in assessing and revising strategy.

· Responsible for managing actual/budgeted expenses, determines capacity requirements to execute processes, and manages optimal workforce utilization.

· Strategically provides resources for end-to-end transformation teams.

· Closely monitors KPIs on compliance during GBS process improvements and end-to-end transformation with Project Management Office.

. Drives the Digital Maturity Initiative across GBS workstreams in collaboration with the Global Process Leads, ensuring adoption of technologies and alignment with global transformation objectives.

. Ensures the intergration of Artificial Intelligence and automation solutions to optimize end-to-end processes, enhance decision-making and deliver measurable efficiency gains across the organization.

· Ability & interest in technical architecture/platform (IoT platform, AMLS, SQL DB, datalake, databricks)

Education, Experience, and Certifications Basic Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or in a related field

· At least 8 to 10 years of experience in managing operations or related functions
