As part of Abbott’s Clinical Operations organization, you will contribute directly to the successful execution of clinical studies supporting the development of life‑changing technologies.

The Opportunity

As a Site I‑CRA I, you will support the planning and execution of Abbott clinical studies at assigned sites. Working closely with Site Management and cross‑functional teams, you will help ensure timely site activation, protocol compliance, data quality, and regulatory adherence throughout the study lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Support regulatory, GCP, and protocol compliance across assigned clinical studies

  • Coordinate start‑up, maintenance, and close‑out activities for assigned study sites

  • Collect, review, and maintain essential regulatory and study documentation

  • Review study data and support resolution of data queries and protocol deviations

  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned sites, escalating issues as needed

  • Update clinical trial systems and contribute to continuous process improvement

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, nursing, bioengineering, or a related discipline

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • General understanding of clinical research processes and regulated environments

  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders
