Position Summary
You will lead site communications and culture work that helps colleagues feel informed, connected and motivated. You will partner with leaders, HR and regional teams to design and deliver clear internal communications and engagement activities for our Singapore site. You will use employee insight, storytelling and practical channels to build trust, inclusion and a strong sense of purpose. We value curiosity, collaboration and measurable impact. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and deliver the annual site communications plan to support site priorities and wider organisational goals.
- Create clear, accessible content for email, intranet, presentations, leader briefings and workshops.
- Lead site events and campaigns that build engagement, psychological safety and inclusion.
- Use employee insight and metrics to measure impact, refine activities and report progress.
- Coach leaders and local communicators on effective messaging and change communication.
- Maintain day-to-day site channels, run town halls, and keep intranet pages up to date.
Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, organisational development, business, HR or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in internal communications, employee engagement, culture or change communications.
- Strong written and verbal English skills with the ability to write simply for broad audiences.
- Experience using employee insight, engagement survey results or analytics to guide decisions.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Residing in Singapore and able to work on-site with a hybrid working pattern as required by the role.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience in a global matrix organisation or multinational environment.
- Experience designing behaviour-change or culture-shift programs.
- Practical knowledge of inclusion and applying inclusive practices in communications.
- Experience running workshops, leader forums or peer networks.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools, intranet platforms and basic analytics.
- Experience in regulated industries or with health and life sciences organisations.
